M1000 gen. 2 – new SSD in the Goodram Industrial portfolio

Rapidly evolving industry and technology require reliable and proven solutions. For applications and devices where storage is essential, we have developed the M1000 gen. 2 SSD. This successor to the well-known M1000 is an advanced solution specifically designed for the industrial sector, guaranteeing reliability and high performance in a wide range of applications.

High performance and power saving

The M1000 gen. 2 drive is based on a standard 2.5″ form factor and features a SATA III interface. Combined with BiCS5 3D TLC NAND Flash memory, the storage offers not only fast data transfer but also low power consumption. Read and write speeds are 550 MB/s and 510 MB/s respectively. The drive is available in various capacities: 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB and 1024 GB, allowing customisation to meet the specific requirements of industrial applications.

Endurance in extreme conditions

The drive’s operating range of -40°C to +85°C makes the M1000 gen. 2 the ideal memory for devices operating in the most demanding environmental conditions, both in terms of temperature and humidity. Every unit is produced undergoes rigorous quality testing, including climate chamber testing, to ensure reliable performance in a wide range of conditions.
